This section governs the specific treatment of mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data collected through this website. This clause has been drafted in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), A2P 10DLC carrier registration requirements, and The Campaign Registry (TCR) standards.

🔒 MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS AND SMS OPT-IN CONSENT DATA WILL NEVER BE SHARED WITH, SOLD TO, RENTED TO, OR OTHERWISE DISCLOSED TO ANY THIRD PARTY, AFFILIATE, PARTNER, OR DATA BROKER FOR MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This data is collected exclusively to facilitate direct service communications between ScaleCom and the consenting individual.

When you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from ScaleCom at the number provided. These messages may include:

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further messages unless you re-initiate consent. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement status. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details on applicable charges.
